You have a fully responsive theme, so the mobile theme isn't necessary.

Try disabling it via Appearance -> Mobile in your blog's Dashboard.

We at WordPress.com didn't actually create the Grisaille theme. That was created by a third party called Nudge Design. Their website is right here:

There are several ways to contact them included on their website which you may want to pursue. I've reached out to them as well, however it is always better when they hear from a concerned customer! :)

Thanks, but I don't wish to purchase the customization, I already use CSS on other sites. I feel like 12 characters is incredibly limited for a menu title -I do not have this problem with any other theme I use. Perhaps you could review the issue?

Thank you. I have the latest app/update, so I don't think that's the problem. My theme is smartphone approved too. Just double-checked everything. I posted the issue onto the forum you showed me. Maybe someone will have an idea of why nothing is working.

When using a smartphone, the mobile site and full site are formatted incorrectly. The entire blog is squished closer in, causing words to separate. My JPEG at the top of my blog won't even show at all. All that is visible are my pages/text. The picture at the top of my blog will not even show, unless you go to full site, and it will only show a small part of it, leaving out most everything. How can I correct this so that it looks the same on mobile as it does on a computer?

Hi there,

As you pointed out, each theme has its own settings for items like drop down menu widths. These can only be changed through the application of custom CSS using the Custom Design add on.

You can get more information about the Custom Design add on right here:

And if you choose to purchase it, your site's appearance can by modified via CSS by logging in to your Dashboard and then going to Appearance >> Custom Design >> CSS. If you are not familiar or comfortable with CSS coding, you might want to check out our CSS Customization Forums where people go to discuss the changes they've made/want to make/need help with/etc. You can find it right here:

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could help?

I have a page title with a 12 letter word "extravaganza", which I don't think is so unusual. However, the theme I am using does not fit it into one line on the drop down menu (see "shows"). It is currently is split into "extravaganz" on one line and "a" on the next which looks really messy.

Is there anyway of making the menu fit the word? It seems like this could be a fundamental fault in the theme design, as a 12 letter word is not so extraordinary!

Add this to your custom CSS and then adjust the min-height value. 150px looks pretty good.

Can you help me please. I have toolbox theme and have full control of css - playing with css and enjoying very much. Wondered how I can remove or move the menu bar from top left vertical, to top right vertical of my pages. Also would like to remove page titles from my pages if that is possible.

Are you talking about in the top navigation menu? If so, add this to your custom CSS:

#top-menu {
text-transform: none;
}

Regretfully, the problem is not solved. I want to change my page titles to upper and lowercase, not my site title, which has already been corrected. The ones that say "ABOUT" and "PERSONAL TRAINING". I'm not fluent in CSS yet, so I don't even know where to put this command because I am a beginner.

My page titles are all uppercase, and I want them to be uppercase and lowercase.

Yes it can be done. Firs create a static page. but the thing you need can't be done with CSS but with Shortcodes: http://en.support.wordpress.com/display-posts-shortcode/ check this link. I did a similar thing with my blog and shortcodes http://crazygoblin.wordpress.com/crazy-goblin-magazine/

I would like to have an area on my static home page [not in a sidebar Widget] where my latest blog posts are shown.

Can a static page be "split up" this way?

Can this be done by using CSS in the Custom Design option?
