There are no different tabs. I have written an 'about' page but at my 'page attributes' I can only choose 'the template' not the 'parent'.

I am using twenty eleven as theme so normally there shouldn't be an issue.

Can somebody help me out with this probably simple problem? I am stuck with building up my blog.
