To add an image background to the header and center its title, you'll need to modify the "#header" selector to something like this:

I widened your contents to 900px but there are some photos that still are cropped (Marc and Wendi, for instance). I would highly recommend you to not post photos wider than 850px. Marc and Wendi's are 1024px wide.

Having said that, if you still want to keep these dimensions, then change 900px (in the #wrap selector) to at least 1100px so that these photos are displayed properly.
