I created a topic in hopes that WordPress.com Support would be able to remove the links to old blogs that I am not using or working with anymore (http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-unlink-these-blogs-from-my-blogs-list?replies=4).

I logged onto my WordPress.com account again and I still see these blogs in my account. Most of these are hidden and I'd like to remove them completely from my WordPress.com account.

To hide a blog from everyone, you need to make it Private via Settings -> Privacy in the blog's Dashboard.
