It's not possible to delete post/page revisions, if that's what you meant. Deleting the post and recreating it would be the solution.

I was just wondering if there was a way to delete edit history for a page or a blog post? I have come across ways of doing it with admin access to the SQL database but I was wondering whether there was a tool or something for doing this on wordpress.com?

If not then would deleting a post and recreating it (having backed up the contents) do the trick?

Have the pages in carousel view always been a collection of attachment pages?

My main concern is that users might think their browser is broken when they click on the back button and nothing happens. Like I said, when you browse through a large gallery in carousel view and close it by clicking the button in the upper left corner at the end, your browsing history is flooded with all the attachment pages.

The user now is back on my blog and tries to use the browser back button but nothing seems to happen apart from the changing url in the address bar.

This is good as long as you are in carousel mode.

But what if you close carousel view and get back to the blog? When you try to get back by clicking the back button in your browser nothing obvious seems to happen. If you watch closely you can see the attachment page URLs changing in the address bar, but that's it.

Has this always been that way or is it a result of the recent changes?

I will go ahead and put up the solution in case anyone stumbles upon this. I already had a Category titled "Odds & Ends", but the slug was history; therefore, the actual tag for history was slugged at history-2. So as long as I select the Category with my slug of "history" I should be okay.

Hence they appear on page, 2,3, etc. I also think the display on the first page of any popular tag may be randomized. Also your blog is quite new so maybe that's a factor or maybe not.
