On the gravatar site, I have one profile that appears for two different links: http://en.gravatar.com/conditionalcog and http://en.gravatar.com/conditionalcognition. Neither gravatar profile page will show my gravatar image, just the generic gravatar image. When my gravatar on appears on various sites the image can be seen (e.g. when I make a comment), but no hovercard appears.

I've tried researching this issue, but email changes seem to be causes for others. I did change my email over a couple years ago, but that was long before the hovercards were introduced.

Also, when I view my profile on the gravatar site, the gravatar image does not show.

Another issue is that my old username, conditionalcog, is the gravatar profile link name, despite the fact that my current username is conditionalcognition.

I'm not sure if these problems are related. I would just like to have my hovercard and profile to properly appear.

Thanks in advance for any insight or help you can provide.

2. IF you are confirming that YOU can see it at your end, this is very good news and the more important; because I don't display the Gravatars on the site for myself but for the visitors.
3. FYI, two people in my house WITH a Gravatar profile can NOT see it, NEITHER on a Vista IE9, NOR Vista Firefox, NOR XP IE8, NOR XP Firefox...
4. This is why I started (see comment # 1) by looking for the cookie nohovercard from the domain .wordpress.com as recommended here http://en.support.wordpress.com/gravatar-hovercards/ " To re-enable Hovercards that have been disabled with the Turn off hovercards option you will need to delete the cookie nohovercard from the domain .wordpress.com."
5. What I see here (when hovering with the mouse over the Gravatar) is a tiny circle (turning clockwise) during 4-5 seconds but not the Hovercard...
6. Any suggestion please on how to fix this?

Also checked with original “comment-template.php” (as I have it slightly modified) but it does not seem to be the cause neither. Any idea what the real ‘bug is’? Not the latest WordPress 3.1.3. version I suppose? I am happy to share my list of plugins if you wish. Many thanks in advance for your support highly appreciated.
