But for whatever now when I post music using that code a player comes up but it reads buffering and it never buffers. So, I'd like to know what's the issue.

For example, posting music from a site like Hulkshare like this --> [audio http://www.hulkshare.com/i44rg04gqhdc%5D <---- was possible up until a month or two ago, but now it doesn't work.

Also, when it comes to posting videos from websites that are not YouTube, why can't they be posted using HMTL on the post editor? How does this work?

That is, you see how it's linked, blue and live? Put the cursor somewhere within it and click the "unchain" button. That unlinks it. That will make it work.

I also googled and tried "gigya" but it didn't work either. It display's the player but does not buffer the song.

You should upload your mp3s to file hosting sites that give direct URLs, for instance Fileden or Kiwi6. Also note that the audio player doesn't like filenames with spaces or punctuation marks.
