1. You can go to My Account->Edit Profile and remove all data except the account name and an email address. Create a throwaway email address and change the account email to that throwaway address. This only leaves the username behind.

You can also hide your Gravatar profile from external access. Visit your profile page (click your name in the top navigation of the website), then click the "Hide My Profile" link in the bottom, right-hand corner.

There is one other option available to you, though. You can purchase a domain name and map that back to your WordPress.com blog. In that case, nobody would ever see the underlying WordPress.com URL. They would just see your purchased domain. For full details, please see:

Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

I guess I have two usernames associated with the same email address, so when I log into my account using my email, it only takes me to these two other blogs. I can only access my primary blog by logging in under this other username, not by using my email. Is there anyway to merge these two accounts under one username?

Is there a way too add a side bar anyway?

This isn't a plugin related issue. We cannot edit templates or themes and the CSS upgrade cannot be used to add a sidebar to pages which do not have one already. That would require hacking of the underling PHP script files, which we cannot do on free hosted WordPress.com blog .

last week i developed a theme that needed many widgets, so i created about 10 widgets that get registered in a file included in functions.php file.
Also i some sidebars that show up once the theme is activated, some sidebars are dynamically registered for certain page to meet the looks the user wishes. The problem is that now I am trying to fill data using my widgets in my sidebars, everything is going great, until, out of no where, all widgets disappear from their sidebars and into inactive widgets, i can't think of what makes this happen, but may be it has something to do with one of the following:

-switching themes.
-editing functions.php
-registering new widgets

i tried doing each individually but nothing disappears and suddenly all disappears, so i can't figure out which

Please, any help is appreciated,

It says the side bar is inactive. Is there a way too add a side bar anyway? Using a plugin maybe? I don't know how to add plug ins to my website.
