I believe you can transfer your posts from your other site to WordPress.com. I would have no idea how to do that though. Might have to ask Support or do a search on how to transfer a blog to WordPress.com.

Don't waste any time looking for the instructions because deleting a blog is easy as pie. Once it's gone it's gone forever and the URL cannot be used by you or anyone else. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
