I really hope you're going to fix it soon.

I'm using Windows 7 and Chrome (haven't checked if on Linux it works the same, but I'm also using Chrome there) and when I try typing ą [alt gr+a] or Ą [shift+alt gr+a] it selects all the text in the editor instead of giving me the desired letters.

I'm also interested what idea was behind implementing this shortcut (alt+a) that selects all the text since for ages we've had ctrl+a, which works as usual in WordPress?

I was clearing my browser cache from beginning - Chrome. I still have the same problem with letter "ą". This problem is when I want to put "ą" [ALT+a] in the main text-window (article window). It seems to the computer use ALT+a like CTRL+a, so it marks me everything instead put "ą". When I put "ą" in the title area or tags area - there is no problem.
I use windows 7.

Some time ago there was no problem, then wp changed something, making alt+a a shortcut. After the change was reverted it is only worse than before. More our polish STANDARD shortcuts were used for something else - mostly for roll/unroll the editor's tab in wp editor... I know that I can write all I want in notepad, but it is not the solution, why we, as poles, can't use normal editor like before... Pls, do sth about it.

When I type in the "Add new post" page, the Visual tab mode, there are some funny shortcuts that WordPress implemented recently. I hate those. I hate them because I am using a different Language keyboard and it messes up everything.

Could someone help me turning OFF those "smart" shortcuts.

For example:

"Alt+T" inserts More tag. Awful. That combination is letter ţ for me. Awful.
"Alt+Q" bring up the Blockquote. That combination is letter â for me. Horrible.

So you can imagine the hassle. And this happens only in the "Add New Post" page. Here I can write with no such stressing shortcuts.

Could someone please put an end to my misery. Thanks.
