if I I need to reload the images to be able to rename them with keywords or can I just rename them and do an update.

You can update titles etc without reloading a picture - easiest to work with the Posts then you can see where the pictures go to and the context of them

no new email will be sent to your subscribers if you change titles, captions etc on pictures

Hello,

I am a bit confused and concerned. My blog shows the info in Spanish so on the panel control, I can click either actualizar (don't know how this reads on an English blog site.. mayber update?) or click to publish.

When I update an already published post, do the blog followers receive an email to that effect or only when the post is first published?

I pray that it is the second as I have just shortened all the URL addresses of over 40 posts and shudder to think that the followers have received emails for each post again.

I also want to use keywords in the titles of my images (just learned about this for SEO) and would like to know if I I need to reload the images to be able to rename them with keywords or can I just rename them and do an update.

I am hesitant about doing the images thinking that the followers will get yet another onslaught of emails.

thank you very much

[email redacted]

PS: In my last post (july 18) I give public thanks to you all at WordPress.com (and a few other websites). You are the unsung heroes that never get public recognition but make all of our on-line lives bearable.

thank you!

I see that people can search wordpress.com for blogs that are for English learners and then access varias blogs. My blog is bilingual with a Spanish and English mix written for people learning English. Is there some way to get my blog onto the list of 'learning English' blogs?

thank you
