Hm, that would normally be a third-party cookie issue.

Are you sure that you see "Great, third party cookies are properly enabled in your browser!" at http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/ ?

I did verify that I do have third party cookies enabled. I have two blogs. One seems to allow live preview and one does not. The site I am working with is the one that is not working:

Arethere still issues with the live preview to change a theme? I have been unable to get it to work.

This issue occurs when you have a static page set but you delete the static page. When you click customise it is trying to load a page that doesn't exist. Fix the problem by going into settings and turning off your static page.

Well, it's still behaving the way I reported on 2/1, but in theory I shouldn't be using it as often as I do. I'm fickle. But, thanks, it serves its purpose.

This is a known issue with the Customizer. To get it to work, please change your interface language from Arabic to English here:

https://wordpress.com/#!/settings/

You only need to do this when you want to use the Customizer; you can switch back to Arab when you do not need the Customizer. Thanks for your report!

I'm keeping tabs on this issue, so if someone else doesn't get back to you, I will. At the same time though, I do not know how long it will take for a fix to be made, but I will let you know as soon as there is some progress.

Thanks for this information, I was able to reproduce: in Chrome with Hebrew as my interface language, the Customizer didn't work as expected. I'll report this bug. Thanks for your help!

I tried it again now with Hebrew and the problem still there.
I'm with Chrome.

Could you try swtiching back to Hebrew, and seeing if the issue is still there? Also, what browser are you using? Could you please try with a different browser? You can find links to all the most recent browsers here:

Hi Alex,

I don't know what would cause the issue that you're having; have you tried re-installing WordPress? You can do so by going to the Dashboard Updates screen:

Hi again,

The customizer used to look like it did in your screenshot, but it changed a few months back to what is now in your second screenshot.

I was able to click on all the different options on your site's customizer, and everything seemed to work (although I didn't save any changes that I made). I also noticed that your site looks different than the last time I saw it; did it start to work for you finally?

If it stil isn't working, can you please go to http://supportdetails.com and tell me everything about your system (OS, browser and version, whether javascript is on)? I can use that to try to troubleshoot more.

When I used to customize, it used to appear this way:

Then I set the colors....etc then save & Publish!

NOW, like I just posted, this is how it appears:

And when I actually click on ANYTHING, for example "colors & backgrounds", just NOTHING happens! It doesnt even click! that color box in the first pic doesnt appear, and nothing just happens. I cant customize anything T_T

I cleared cookies, tried different browsers and even tried from another computer, still no change!

Plz explain to me, are these some changes in wordpress itself?? or am I not pressing right?? I just dont get it!

Hi jackie,

Is it http://sporkclub.wordpress.com/ that is giving you trouble? If so, you can solve the issue by either creating a post, or by setting a static page as your Front Page in Settings ->Reading from your dashboard. If it's one of your other sites that's causing you trouble, please let me know!

I've disabled all plugins and have made it barebones.
really frustrating to say the least!

i I re-directed my domain name - The site is till not working at http://www.tenerifedogs.com it is still at my old domain hosting space.
I presume I need to wait 48 hours for that to work.

But my preview also doesn't work is that related to my domain change.
