Am I trying to use it when there are too many people on the site? anyone else having a similar issue?

I don't know code and don't understand computer talk, so if you have a suggestion that this luddite can understand, that would be marvelous!

Please set your desired front and posts pages there, or choose "Your latest posts". Once done, your customizer should work.

NOTE: I do not use the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > General

Do understand that no changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header and Theme Options which are stated on the theme description pages for each theme will be visible to visitors unless you purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade?

  • You are using one of the browsers at browsehappy.org
  • Note, if using IE 8 or 9, make sure you are not using compatibility mode, which renders as if it was IE 7.
  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Try disabling any browser addons/plugins, as they may be causing interference.

If you have done all of this, please let us know the exact browser you're using (by going to whatbrowser.org if need be), so we can better assist you.

I have tried to get used to the infinite scroll/loading more posts but honestly I just think it's absolutely stupid for some kind of blogs and forcing it without giving an option is just weird.

I have never seen a lifestyle blog having such a feature and I don't think I would bother reading it because it just makes everything look chaotic.

If at least the Archive option allowed to show all posts underneath each month, it would make things easier. But I guess I would also have to purchase an upgrade?

I have done such an extensive research before starting my blog deciding between blogger and wordpress and now I am just disappointed with my decision. Blogger seems to be so much more flexible without having to pay for an upgrade.
Is there a way of transporting my blog from wordpress to blogger?

I disliked infinite scroll when ii was first introduced but now I'm a convert. I also use responsive width themes and suggest you may want to as well.

Mobiles are exploding and soon those using computers for the first time will be using tablets or smartphones - not desktops.

Responsive width means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.

I really don't like this feature of loading more posts on one page, I think it's really confusing for the reader and want to change it into traditional paging. How do I do that?

This only happens in the 'blogs I follow' bit. If I go to a certain topic it works fine.

Did I mess something up in the settings? Please help!
