I built a webpage on WordPress, http://www.fionanightingale.com and have been using it for the past year with no issues. I recently tried to update the domain to http://www.fionapatterson.ca in the two fields available on the dashboard settings. When I clicked "save" my site disappeared and I was unable to log back into the dashboard - http://fionanightingale.com/wp-login.php doesn't work any longer and neither does http://fionapatterson.ca/wp-login.php.

I'm not sure where to go from here. I checked some of the other posts, but the directions to download phpMyadmin didn't work.

I updated the name servers in Godaddy, as per the wordpress instructions, but I'm sure there's something else I'm missing.

Ultimately, I would love to just log back in and update the domains properly this time - is there a way to do this without using phpMyadmin (because I can't figure out how to even install the program).

I am not technical savvy so if you do now how to fix this problem please provide some helpful detailed instructions!
