Hi,
I am currently using the imbalance 2 theme and was wondering if there is a way to just have just the blog post images show up on the blog and no text under the image on the main page. I want to be able to have just images on the main page, the viewer would have to click on the image and the text would be in the body of the post. I have the custom css feature, I just don't know how to only have the text visible each specific blog post once it's clicked. Thanks!!!

That is not a WordPress.COM blog and we won't be able to help you here. You need to be over at WordPress.ORG instead as our software works differently.

You had no "mismatch", you had the beginning of the URL removed. Now you added it back in the href part of the image code, but you need to do the same for the src part (in the html post editor).

By the way, your page takes too long to load because you've got too many images and videos. Better reduce the number of posts per page to only a few (in Settings>Reading).

Thanks. I've fixed the link, but it still appears as only a link on the post, but as the image itself on the home page.

Suggestions?

I'm having the exact same problem. My homepage (chawedrosin.wordpress.com) shows all the images in my post "Food from the Garden", but the post itself (http://chawedrosin.wordpress.com/2009/08/04/food-from-the-garden/) displays only a link for the first image, "salad".

Any advice?

Hey everyone.
A bit confused here. Been noticing this for the last week or so.
My images show up on the main page of my blog. But when viewing the post page of a post, the images disappear.
Anyone seen this before? It happens no matter how the images are uploaded to wordpress (tried default image insert, "Faster Image Insert" plugin, and creating a post with images from my iPod). All deliver same result.

Can anyone help?
