Edit the post and look in the far right hand column under the post attributes box for post formats. Choose "standard". Then click "save changes".

There is zero evidence of any CSS editing being done on the free hosted WordPress.com blog. If that is the blog in question then changing themes is easily done.

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
type in the name of the theme you want to use Matala
click the "activate" link when it appears

After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.

Any customizing you did under
Appearance > Header
Appearance> Background
Appearance > Theme Options
can be removed. Simply go there and remove what you did previously.

Thanks so much, in advance for not attempting to clarify anything I post until the person I address responds to me. You see I'm visually challenged. I have answered questions here for over 6years and that's longer than the support staff have been on staff with very exceptions. On the off chance that she was confused by your post, I thought some clarification was in order. Her WordPress username site is a WordPress.com hosted one using the "crafty" theme. There is no reference to a .org site that I can see. She does have a link to a well known "craft" site in her member page, but that is a different thing.

In any case, you are correct, further response by the OP will be necessary.
