This bug has been identified and fixed. The problem is with Firefox16. It should be fixed, but you should also upgrade to Firefox17 (the most recent version). Once you have, please just let me know if you experience this again!

Another workaround is to insert images in Text mode, by clicking the Text tab next to the Visual Editor tab.

I have no problem uploading photos, but when I click 'Insert into Post' it automatically inserts the photo into the first line of the post, even when I've got my mouse all the way after the last paragraph. I'm working around this by cutting and pasting, but it's extremely annoying!

It wasn't happening yesterday, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Did I say how annoying it is? I'm using Firefox, btw.
