One of the features we use (and need the most) is Meebo because it seamlessly integrates into our course blog Announcement pages that we create in WordPress. We know that there are all kinds of options out there, but NONE work like Meebo does. It is really putting us in a bind.

PLEASE PLEASE find an alternative widget that can replace Meebo ASAP!

I installed everything and then I went to another session on my computer as guest.
There I see that the Google Talk account is connected. Then on my domaine1815.wordpress.com blog logged in as a guest I try to chat (the light is green) and if I click I immediately come to a support page of google without knowing what happens.
If I log out of google talk and that I try to connect I have a page saying that I'm offline which is normal...
Any idea ?

After a couple of weeks I read that meebo messenger (bought by google) will disappear mid of July.

Does someone have any idea about a free replacement widget for instant chat that I could include in this theme and how I can proceed ?

I'm not worried about the look of the meebo but it dose work. Not that anyone is going to be using it.
