You're welcome.
The "transition" cloudcast is working now in my tests blog, but http://www.mixcloud.com/MsF/a-transition/ produces the warning "There was a problem playing this cloudcast". So this isn't a WP issue, it's an issue with Miscloud or with your cloudcasts.

Your first example is totally wrong. Your second one is almost correct: it would have worked if you hadn't entered a line break before the variables.
So, your first one needs to be:

But it says that the content isn't available. So it has probably been removed or it's private.

What am I doing wrong? I can see it's working for some other blogs on wordpress.

Hi Juspi,

Firstly, thanks very much for your reply. Secondly, I think the thing which is confusing me the most is that it works for some visitors to the site and not others, apparently at random. I've used your very helpful posts on this forum before and not had a problem and notice that another mixcloud set I posted last week works without any problem at all. But on this occasion it didn't seem to work!

I've fixed the code and it now reads:

Does it look alright to you? Seems to be working on my Mac but then it was working before and I only noticed there was a problem when I logged into my website at work!

This is happening because you didn't form the shortcode correctly. See these replies of mine:

When there's a questionmark after the swf URL, the src URL must be up to the questionmark, and the rest is the variables. So, in your case,

Hello,

My most recent blog post (http://robinthefog.com/2013/05/31/grams-for-the-public-and-loops-for-the-poor/) features a Mixcloud set (http://www.mixcloud.com/RobinTheFog/cooking-for-willigoose-live-at-the-village-underground/) which works just fine on my mac, but when I load the page on my PC at work I get the message 'Widget path does not exist, cannot load the player', even though another Mixcloud set on the previous post loads up without issue.

A quick survey on Facebook has resulted in some people claiming it works without trouble and others saying they're getting the error message too. Would be tempted to put it down to a PC issue, but some of my mac-using friends claim they're getting the error message as well. Any ideas on what's causing this? There seems to be no pattern to it!

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

No, you're not using it correctly. When the embed code says:
src="URL?ETC"
you must turn it to this:
src="URL" flashvars="ETC"

Yeah I looked at your link... as far as I can tell I'm using the gigya code correctly. [gigya src="my url" arg1="value" etc...]

As for the second link, I'd prefer to get it working just using the mixcloud player. I know it's possible, it just doesn't seem to be working for me.

Yeah, if you look at my code, I used the gigya shortcode. As far as I can tell I used it correctly based on your link and the instructions link in my OP.
Am I screwing up the code somehow?

Did you study the example I had given above? You just take this part of the code:

and turn it to this (making sure you also add the missing http: for the URL):

Hey @justpi, I struggled a little bit with the code but i couldn't get the embedd link to work on my blog. the text I got from mixcloud is:
