Are you referring to the credit links in the footer?
"Blog at WordPress.com. Theme: Triton Lite by Towfiq I."
If so then due not we are not allowed to remove them.

May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at !WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide the footer credits or the toolbar with CSS after purchasing a Custom Design upgrade.

Ok, I imported my blogger account, but dont liek how it sites at the bottom of my page, can I either change its location to a side bar or remove it from teh site - I cannot seem to work this would?

What’s critical is to understand when creating a website structure is the following:
1. The differences between pages and posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

2. There is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page. When we publish a post it automatically appears on the running page for posts and also on the Categories pages and Archives pages.

3. We organize our posts by assigning Categories to them. Although there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance we have done so by creating a custom menu. In that custom menu you will be displaying Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation to achieve what you want.

These are the how-to instructions:

1. You create a custom menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

2. You add the Categories you want to display and arrange them in the order you want.

3. Then you add and drop and drag the sub-categories below the appropriate Categories, and when you have everything arranged in the menu that you want you save the menu.

4. Go to the “theme location” module at upper left on the menu page. Select your custom menu name from the pull-down labeled “primary location.” Click the save button in that module.

Note: If you wish you can also include pages and sub-pages of your own choice and custom links in your custom menu as well.

Do note that closing comments with result in the display of a phrase such as "comments closed" or the like and it cannot be removed. It can be "hidden" by purchasing an annually renewable CSS upgrade and doing the work to change it your self. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/

I am not very versed at WP and chose Mystique because I love the options and customization and feel of the page. However since it is being used as a website and not so much a blog site, I would like to have the comments box removed from the pages except where I may want a forum to be used. Does anyone know how to remove it? It may be simple and I may be overlooking it? Thanks.

I am using a Firefox 3.6.16 browser and see the image of "Millie" in your post just as noirciplume does. The instructions for uploading images to pages and posts are here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/#uploading-images If you cannot see the image that we can see you could have a browser issue. See here for troubleshooting instructions > http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ If that doesn't work for you then know some folks are having trouble using IE browser and Staff are working on this issue. I suggest that if you are using an IE browser you could download and use Firefox.

Please go here to change the color of your background > Appearance > Themes > Background
There you can use the color selector and change it. Make sure you click "Save Changes" when you are done. :)
