I currently have a blog (fuckcrazyregcomics.wordpress.com - please excuse the language!) which is "hidden" when visited by the two domains I have that re-direct to the blog (crazyregcomics.com and crazyreg.com).

My domains are both hosted with Pair Networks (pair.com) and I am getting them to install the WordPress.org stuff for me, as I plan to move from WordPress.com to WordPress.org before November 1st. Pair have advised me that for the WordPress.org stull to be installed that the domains need to be located at Pair, so not pointing to Word Press.

So here's my quesiton. Can I remove the domains I have that point to my blog, and then re-add them after Pair have installed WordPress.org, without having to pay for them again?

Actually, since I'm planning to move to WordPress.org, I guess I won't be using domains that direct to WordPress.com. So I've kind of answered my own question. :P Can someone please confirm this and advise me where and what my best starting points for this are?

There is no mention of the archiving when I import my Blogger back to WordPress.com. As in, will all my posts be counted as being made the day of the import, or will they keep their original date?

What I did was first do the export/download from the original blog to my computer. Then I had to sign out of the original blog and sign into the other one-then import the file from my computer. SO INCREDIBLY SEAMLESS! It said it would take 24 hours, but it showed up immediately!!
I think I'm going to like it here on wordpress!!

The top part - Moving Between WordPress.com Blogs - you will Export one and Import that data into the second one.

Don't delete the first one when have completed the transfer ( the one you are leaving ) set it to private so if you want to experiment you have a blog you can try a different theme on or whatever and not disturb your main site - once a name is deleted it can never be reused even by you.

You can add the first user to the second account and then the first user can post and manage both blogs.

So your user name is "strikeforcesales?"

Have you have given administrative access to people on your business blog? Even so, they would be logging in with their own accounts to only the business blog. You could make your business blog private and revoke the user status of anyone on the business blog.

Then set your personal blog as your primary blog and that will be the one you log in to first.
