If things fail or you get stuck you can contact the Staff: I have read that it can take a little time for the export / import process to work depending on the server load - but if you have followed the proper steps and you don't have your data at WordPress.COM in a couple of hours then go ahead and ask the staff for help - once in a while things have gotten stuck and the Staff can restart the process for you.

Does this mean everything is in process and I just need to wait?
