I have searched the forums, googled like crazy but cannot find any code that will render any changes to the color of the text on the navigation bar/menu that is located under the blog header image on my page. I have paid for the customization add on, opened up the css editor, added different codes that I have found, saved the changes, and still there are absolutely no changes rendered. I just want to change the color of the text so that there is more contrast. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! : )

Yes, this is CSS and you would need the Custom Design upgrade in order to use it. Since this was posted in the CSS forum, I (wrongly) assumed you had the upgrade.

Without the upgrade there is no hiding of the tags.

If you want to try the above, go to appearance > custom design > CSS clear the informational text, paste in the code I gave and then click preview. You may have to force refresh the page in order to see the change. Some browser don't always grab the change.

Thanks timethief for the info and for flagging this thread to move it to the correct forum.

Can you tell me if there is a way to remove the 5 star rating from each post? Does that also require the custom design upgrade and CSS editing?

Thanks,

Tags cannot be hidden on any theme here without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing. In some themes all meta data like date, author, etc. is in the same selector and hiding one means hiding all. I have flagged this thread so it will be moved to the CSS Forum where you can get specific help.

I just switched from the Enterprise theme to the Nishita theme so I can post image files up to 1024 pixels wide. The default Theme Option is with a right sidebar. In this configuration image files have a maximum width of 768 pixels wide. How can I get rid of the sidebar so I can go 1024 pixels wide?
