Here are instructions for changing the wp.com site's URL:

You can delete the wp.com blog if you never (never, never, ever) want to use it ever again:

Another option is to simply set it to private:

If your old blog was indexed by search engines, cached versions of it will remain for some time.

I just took a quick look at your site, and if the page I'm looking at is the correct one (on your "lessons" page), the PayPal button doesn't appear to have had the correct link entered in.

Specifically, the link is pointed towards this:

The "http://" is not going to be correct. It could be that it is extraneous or that you need to enter your site to the end, but in either case, you will need to get the correct link and substitute it in and it should work. PayPal customer support should be able to assist you with what should be there.
