I've just checked the stats again, and it is now displaying 2 hits for today- looks like the problem is resolved.

My stats info has been completely blank for the past 11 days- the bar graph is displaying 0 hits for this entire period. Each box below says 'no data'. The previous days' hits are displayed, and then nothing.

My blog is not set to private, and it's unlikely that I haven't had a single hit in all this time- I'm sure there's something wrong.

I've tried reading many pages in the WordPress help section and forums, and on the web, but the only solution I have found to the problem is "add <?php wp_footer(); ?> above the </body> tag", which doesn't help me much as my blog is hosted for free on WordPress.com and I obviously can't edit the code.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Hi there. I believe kownroom is indicating that her stats page will not load. All she sees is ""no data".

I don't know if that's an indication that Staff are working on the stats feature or not. There haven't been any other reports of this that I have seen. If you wait for an hour and still see "no data" when you try to load you stats page you will have to contact Staff. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
