<p>There are two free themes, Sandbox and Toolbox designed to allow maximum flexibility for CSS editing and creating new “skins”. Toolbox is more modern and includes a lot of support for CSS3 and HTML5, so it is really only limited by your skills and knowledge.</p>
<p>If you have CSS editing experience the upgrade will allow you to stylize the appearance of themes you find here &#62; Appearance &#62; Themes, but will not allow you to change the functionality, by editing the underlying template. It does not allow you to remove footer links to the theme designer or to WordPress.com. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have bought the Thesis theme and want to add it to my blog. I have downloaded FTP client Filezilla to help me do this but I'm unfamiliar with all this stuff. domain name was purchased and registered through WordPress. </p>
<p>The issue I have is that I don't know what details go in the Host, Username, Password and Port boxes at the top of the Filezilla window when I try to make a server connection. </p>
<p>Your help would be very much appreciated! Laymans terms only please!

There is nothing whatsoever you can do to apply it here other than learn to be a good CSS editor and then buy the paid upgrade and edit the CSS of an existing theme here to make it look like that.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi there - hoping you'll be patient with my ignorance.  I downloaded the Rhea theme  <a href="http://www.fabthemes.com/rhea/" rel="nofollow">http://www.fabthemes.com/rhea/</a>  and it put a folder on my computer - now how do I install and activate it on my new blog?  When I search themes under "appearance" this theme is not an option.... how do I bring in the great free theme I lOVE ?<br />
