Can I ask your help for a problem? My footer doesn't stick to the bottom the way it needs to be.
A small part at the end disappears into the bottom of the window. Only when I resize the window and pull it down, the footer jumps to a higher point. What should I do to set the footer to this higher (and correct) point from start?

What I did was following:

The basic divs are Page and Main.
I took the footer and placed it outside of the two others, so it would certainly stick to the bottom.
Page and Main have a height of 100%

The Footer ('colophon') has the following code:

Specifically - the position and the z-index. Z-index won't work without the "position" element. I then set the z-index to 1, since all the rest of the them were zero, and one would be the top layer then.

http://www.bamgraphics.com/flgq/ has a bunch of z-index items (the theme came with them) that i've been laboring over. All I'm trying to do is to make the gold top move in front of the picture of the musicians rectangle below it.

I think there are way too many z-index's going on with the css now to make this work.

I'm on windows XP and cannot upgrade from IE8 to IE9. I could care less about that as I started using Firefox way back when IE6 (the wordst browser ever) was introduced. I'm now running Firefox 14.0.1. If you do decide to upgrade or download a new bowser you can do that here http://browsehappy.com

I use different browsers and of course - as a programming-experienced - I don't see ANY necessity of 'grading up' my browser, since I don't experience ANY difference (except for spy-ability) in the appearance of those different browsers.

You are not compelled to upgrade. A browser is a tool and if you want to use an outdated tool that's your prerogative. If you do not want a browser version that is going to work at optimum levels with software that is optimized for and compatible with the most stable browser versions that's your choice.

Question: WHY and with WHICH INTENTION are you requesting an 'Upgrade' of any Browser, when I, as a User don't see ANY Advantage in the Behaviour of Use of either Browser? Some 'stretched fonts at the bottom' CANNOT be the true reason for this behaviour. Isn't it?

By the way: in general, ALL functions of e.g. 'Add-Ins' are working much better with older browser-versions. Please cease supporting 'NWO', okay?!

Click on an image to bring up Carousel, then click in the black area outside the image. It then goes to a fancybox version of the same image, why? Shouldn't this just get out of Carousel? Can I not mix fancybox and Carousel on the same blog if not the same post?

I can see having some posts where I don't want to use Carousel but still want to enlarge images using fancybox. I need the plugin installed and active to do this. However, I don't want it to be combined with Carousel like this, I'm assuming this is a bug or some kind of odd interaction between the two plugins.

Any way to fix this?

Secondly, this same individual has send me numerous harassing emails and for some reason thinks that I am the individual behind this website - I certainly am not, but she persists.

I have never gone to 'CalARTS', and thus was never dismissed from the school, nor have I ever BEEN to California at all - I live in North Carolina. This person is making up ridiculous statements based on the fact that she did these things to someone else (see above link) and is just attempting to play the victim.

The person "Andrea Brooke" that publish slander was a classmate of my daughter's at Cal Arts. Andrea Brooke was caught copying art from daughter Kim and was dismissed for it 2005. Ever sents then she been causing herassmet to my daughter and our family. She even went to the point to stalk and do bodily harm too Kim. Andrea Brooke has been arrested and served with a restraining order that the judge and courts allows us to renew. Part of this order Andrea Brooke was order to remove Kimmaugh.com her original slander site on Kim. It seems just moved to its ne host Worldpress.com.

I will ask WordPress.com to attend to matter legally or I will be force to take legal action.
