These can login on the main site, but can't on a second site - I added them using the network add option - when they try they get: 500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
When I go into the user list on this second site it shows that there are 75 users, but only 6 appear in the list. In their individual profiles it shows they members of both sites.
Help please!

I changed the DNS settings at some point recently because I noticed the red 'DNS settings need to be updated' note.

I used the wordpress.com nameservers and all was fine. But then I stopped receiving emails! So I changed it back.

Have just updated the nameservers again, but this time ticked the 'I wish to keep receiving emails through petrolblog.com' option.

Hoping this may sort everything?!

It would appear that my blog (PetrolBlog.com) has been down for at least 24 hours.

I haven't touched it since Wednesday so I'm not sure why it would go down now. The comments/spam function has been shaky since the start of the year, but the main blog has been fine.

Looking at other sites, mine appears to be the only one affected.

Can anyone help please!?

Deleting content and/or changing themes will not eliminate that error message. By default your front page displays all your posts and you have not published any posts. Hi again - the internal team got back to me. It looks like that, for whatever reason, your tag didn't "take." There doesn't seem to be a reason for it. They recommend that you remove the tag, re-add it, and re-publish your post.
