Widget Areas
Ever After doesn’t have a sidebar, but don’t panic! Instead, there are four optional widget areas in the footer.

In other words the only way to add a sidebar to a theme that's not designed to have one is by purchasing a custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.

With my blog I have tried viewing it from multiple browsers with inconsistent results. when editing the page if I ask to "preview the page it will show the page on the menu bar but other than that there is no guarantee as to whether or not the page will show. Right now I have three pages on my blog, and earlier today I tried to add one extra page.

The visibility is public, and it shows up when you search for it, but no extra tab shows up at the top of my page. I'm completely stumped. I've checked and re-checked on the "edit page" and everything is as it shoud be. The page is most definitely "public" but that doesn't seem to be doing anything. Any ideas?

I am using the theme Freshy, which worked fine for three months until it suddenly started replacing the picture with a link on the main page when I uploaded them.

It is still possible to click on the URL and see the picture, but that defeats the purpose of having a photoblog on one page and looks tacky (not to mention being very irritating). Generally, I can load a single photo, but if I upload a photocollage from Photoshop or InDesign document (converted to a simple .pdf), it no longer will show up, though I personally can see the photo briefly until I publish or preview it. Then it turns into a link.

I have tried everything I can think of, including uploading different file formats, coming back to it later, updating my computer, using a different computer, tweaking my settings, etc. I do not want to change the theme I am using currently.

I don't know what the problem is, but it seems most likely to be WordPress because the issue started in December 2012, directly after they changed to a new way of uploading media. I did not change ANYTHING that I was doing from previous pictures I posted.

There were only going to be a few posts more on my blog to complete it, and it is frustrating that I cannot complete it now. ANY help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
