You are referring to the WordPress.com home page which Staff are remodeling. I believe in addition to the awkwardness that has been introduced by the re-design which is not being well received by many, it's possible that you have a browser issue. Please try some troubleshooting to see if it improves your experience of using what Staff refer to as the "new dash".

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:

1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:

http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

If it’s still happening, let us know exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and also post any error reports you get.

the problem still occurs until now, where the buttons on panel bar (reader, notifications, stats, etc) don't work at all

Hello..

Since two days ago, everytime I've logged in then my WordPress panel would look terrible and out of place.

It quite bothers me because this isn't the first time I've experienced this problem.

Please help me out..

Hey, yeah good eye. Stacked icons for tags & categories should be fixed now.

are you sure?

In addition to that I discovered yesterday that the "Tags and Categories" panel on the right looks weird too. If a line holds more than one tag/category (e.g. "tag1, tag2" or "tag1, category1") the text is condensed in the first line but it still shows two icons. The result is a second empty line that just shows the icon.

The tags & categories panel on the right still seems to be broken. Let's add another screenshot to show you what I mean. :)

A vertical-align:bottom would be good too, so the tag/category icons are centered with the text.

@Automattic:
Just remove the "float:left;" from the "#tagviews a.topic-cat:before", etc.

For Shares tab and Spam tab just add:

margin-left: 20px;
 margin-right: 20px;

or reuse the "nodata" class.

If I check my stats at http://de.wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/ the "Totals, Followers & Shares" section at the bottom left of the page seems a little bit broken.

The "Totals" tab shows some html leftovers right beside the "Spam" tab. The text within the "Shares" and "Spam" tabs sticks to the left side. Seems like there is missing some margin or padding.

please any on help me just this evening, i was try to write some article and the make a post and as i was about to log in into my blog admin panel. This is what it tells me:

I am not sure what is happening for you. Clear the browser cache for each of them as I am positive that all 4 browsers mentioned works just fine showing the dashboard of your blog.

For some reason, my control panel is messed up in all 3 of my browsers. I tried using internet explorer, and it shows up fine. Is it not possible to show up correctly for Firefox, safari, and chrome? If it is, please tell me how lol. THANKS!

I recently mapped a domain which was just transferred from Network Solutions to Go Daddy to my blog. Before this I used a free Word Press account at http://www.832ministries.wordpress.com. Now, it's simply http://www.832ministries.com. I purchased and installed a theme using the ftp client from Go Daddy. Everything was looking good last night as I was starting to make process.

Now...this morning, I cannot access my new admin panel. No matter what I do it keeps loading the admin panel from my old free blog with my old theme. Where did all my work go and how do I access my new admin panel? My admin page should be http://www.832ministries.com/blog/wp-admin. This one was working last night. Now, it just shows up as page not found with everything from my old free blog showing.

I'm using a different computer today than last night. I've cleared everything on this one from cache to cookies to history with the same results.

Please help as I'm totally frustrated and can't find a good answer anywhere online.

Problem: On my homepage, the widgets on my right side panel have disappeared unless you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Here's a screen-cap http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v186/canucklehead/wordpress/wordpress-error-homepage.jpg
However, if you click on "older entries" (near the bottom) which brings you to page 2, the right side panel is normal, right where it should be (screen-cap: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v186/canucklehead/wordpress/wordpress-page2.jpg )
It's been like this for the past two days. I have tried seeing my blog on other computers, tried on both Firefox & IE, and even tried using different themes and it still does the same thing.

I have taken over a site from someone who did it in WP. It is hosted on Blue Host. I updated the database & got the user name "admin" & a password. When I try to log in, I'm told that the password is incorrect. When I try to get a new password, I'm told it has been sent to my email address, but I receive nothing.

I did sign up for an account. I don't need a blog so I just asked for a user name.

I have never used WP before & I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.
