Can someone tell me how to space out the paragraph in the bullets, NOT the actual individual bullets. I know its sounds confusing so here is a link to a sample post with bullets and as you can see the spacing on the individual bullet is very small when the bullet text is long.

Blog editors and word processors are not the same and do not work the same way. The web standard is one blank line only, so you cannot add more blank lines by pressing return repeatedly like you would do with a typewriter or in a word processing application. see:

P.S. When you create a new post, always make sure the Format tool is set to Paragraph before you start typing. It's in the Visual editor Row 2 first position "style". Meanwhile I helped myself by inserting <p> in text mode which worked fine. Interestingly, after changing to visual mode and back to text mode my insertion <p> was no more to be seen, but the paragraph effect fortunately remained.

It is obviously a bug in wordpress software.

I can easily reproduce it: Put some text into a new article. Then insert something with copy and paste from Facebook. Because the resulting font is different from that used before the insertion, go to text mode and remove the markup you will find there (<h5 ...). Go back to visual mode and the insertion is the next line after the original text. Then go to the end of the original text and press return. You get a new paragraph (new line with white space between the two parts), but you will never see this paragraph in the preview or in the article after publishing.

In the Visual editor, shift return gives a line break (= skip to next line, no extra white space). For a paragraph break (= skip to next paragraph, white space between) you pres return, not shift return. Or you can have, say, just a space in lieu of "TEXT HERE" and put that blank paragraph before the paragraph you want extra space before.

Paragraphs would be sort of difficult to read: you cannot format what shows.

Javascript is used in widgets here, but we cannot use it.

Here's the page. It has table code, so I know that could be the problem. But I have a similar table in another site and that page doesn't lose its formatting.
