Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I read the recommended information and implemented per the instructions. However, even after assigning tags to my two "poetry" posts and setting the field in settings/reading/featured content/tag = Poetry, the poetry posts' featured images do not show up in a slider on the homepage.

After reading some other's questions regarding similar issues, I'm wondering if the Widely theme requires that the homepage be set to Your Latest Post rather than Static (static is how it's currently set). Is this perhaps where I have gone wrong?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me why only ten posts show up in the featured post slider on the homepage? I have 22 posts marked as sticky with a featured image, but only ten are showing up in the slider.

I'm using the Skylark theme.

Here's my blog: http://matesol2013.wordpress.com/

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi there!

Featured Images need to be at least 888px wide to appear in the post slider -- it looks as though yours are around 600px wide and therefore too small. Try uploading larger featured images to your sticky posts and I'll bet you'll see that slider.

You can read more about how to configure the Forever slider here.

Hope this helps!
