Soundcheck is a premium theme and we Volunteers don't have access to them and cannot work with them in test blogs. When you purchase premium theme you get support form the theme designer ion the Premium Themes Forum.

Read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme. http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/soundcheck

If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

I have the SoundCheck theme. I want to post mp3s to a page. I have followed the tutorial in adding the mp3's as a post rather than adding directly to a page. When I use the discography template the audio post looks the way I want it to look (shows the picture and info). However, the discography template hides any text that I want to be on the page. It only shows the audio. If I change to the standard template, the text shows up again, but then the audio player looks very basic (the picture and info to the audio dissapear). Is there any way to have both the text that I want to add to the page and have the audio look the way I want it to look?

I paid for the Delicious Magazine theme on WordPress.com, I'm not using WordPress.org. I thought I was in the delicious magazine forum. I simply need someone to help me with this problem. Frankly, I don't know where to go if all I'm going to get in this forum is folks telling me I'm posting in the wrong place. Is there a phone number to call to actually get some help fixing my page?

If you are referring to a site that is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and are referring to WordPress.ORG software you are posting to the wrong support forum and ought to be posting to http://wordpress.org/support/forum/themes-and-templates

Hello, I'm trying to set up a web page using the Delicious Magazine layout. I have inserted a logo as well as a featured image, but I can't manage to make my page look like the example page when I purchased the theme. I have reset my featured image to 610 x 290, I've uploaded several different images and posted on other pages, but it is not aligning correctly and I can't get it to look right. There is a big green gap between the logo and menu tabs and black space around the picture. Please help asap!

I bought the portfolio theme in january but have seen a free theme which i think would suit the purpose of my blog better.

if i were to use the free theme, would i lose the portfolio theme completely and have to re-purchase it if the free theme didn't work out for me?

I'm currently using a premium theme but am now thinking of changing it. will i lose the premium theme once i change it or is it stored for me (since i payed for it) to go back to if a new theme doesn't work out?

By default the front page of the blog displays all published posts. Some widgets have visibility options that can be used to designate which pages in the blog they display on. Click to open the widget and look for the visibility setting.

Duet is a premium theme and We Volunteers have zero experience when it comes to working with premium themes. However, when you purchase a premium theme you get support form the themes' designer in the premium themes support forum.

For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.

@nbalinebreaker My last comment was meant more for the moderator than for you. I've replicated the issue and confirmed that it is an issue with the theme, and not your browser. A staff member should be able to connect with the right person to fix this issue. In the mean time, using another theme might suffice. The twitter timeline widget works with most themes, so it seems to be a conflict with this particular theme.

It's not working on my Android phone. Sometimes the Text widget appears, but the Twitter Timeline never works in Full Site mode.

Thanks for replying so quickly, and for flagging this. I'll try refreshing a few more times, but ultimately I need this to work the first time for users. In any event, I appreciate the help.

I've replicated this issue using Chrome 26. I've flagged this for a Staff member to review, as it appears to be a JavaScript issue or something when resizing the browser window. If you refresh the page after resizing the window, the widget content reappears.

Thanks for responding, but that's not the problem. I know that in Mobile mode, the layout shifts from two columns to 1, and the widgets appear below.

The problem is that both the Text and Twitter Timeline Widgets come up as blanks in Full Site mode on a mobile device. If I switch to Mobile Mode, they appear, but then the menu, look & feel I prefer is replaced by Standard's Mobile layout, which looks terrible.

I did not have this problem with the Twitter widget, which has been replaced by Twitter Timeline in WordPress. Right now, my current options are Bad Layout/Widgets Work, or Good Layout/Widgets Don't Work. I'd like the Full Site option to appear with working widgets on mobile devices.

Standard is a responsive width theme.

Responsive width means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.

If you have enabled the mobile theme here > Appearance > Mobile then disable it.

My WordPress.com blog uses Standard and has only two widgets: Text and Twitter Timeline.

Both work when I pull up the site on a PC, and the site looks the way I want it to look there.

If I view in Mobile mode on an Android phone, both widgets work, but I also get Standard's generic Mobile layout for the rest of the site. Which I don't like at all.

If I switch to Full Site mode on an Android phone, I get the layout I prefer, but neither widget works.

The layout matters, and functions matter too. I want both. Not either/or.

Can you fix this problem?
