My images are being compressed on my blog, meaning they are not wide enough, even though I increased the width under the simple option on the right hand side part of CSS. I upgraded so I would be able to see my images displayed at the right size. Is it the column or the Theme that is the issue? I'm using the Pretty Young Thing template.

I have read the information page but I have also read a whole lot more information about the theme and that is why I'm confused and was hoping for advice!

The custom header is for for the new theme. I read that it should be 960x240 in Pretty little things, but also that the hight is flexible. Is it?

To make a backup of your current site, just go to Tools->Export and export the contents.

I also want to make a custom header picture before I make the change and would like to know the best format! I need to do one that says "Going through changes..." ;)

Note that this is a CSS-only solution. The Pretty Young Thing theme uses an image, however, and if you wanted to control the look of the stitching to match (instead of using just CSS), then you would need to create a new image similar to the one used in the theme, upload it to your media library, after that you would need to add specific CSS to change out the image.

If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

May I remove the ‘Blog at WordPress.com’ credit in my site’s footer?
Although the Custom Design Upgrade certainly grants you the capability to hide the credit from your site’s footer, you are not permitted to do so. Even our VIP bloggers are required to maintain the credit.

I purchased the pretty young theme and I d like to remove the footer banner copy ( now it is promoting the theme and the studio who did it.

I want to remove the copy in it and insert my personal copy.

To remove the hearts from the left of page titles in the Pretty Young Thing theme, add this to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS editor:

To remove the tiny heart from next to the date in the post meta:
