Two simple methods to deter. Nothing can prevent.

First, practice watermarking -- placing your name, ID or logo on each picture. Lots of FREE software out there to do it. You may already have MS Paint on your computer

Second, do not upload high quality images, especially if they have value. Only upload low quality images for display. Advise people to contact you privately if they wish to buy the HQ version.

I believe Duotone is the only theme with this feature at present. I hope you are both clear on the fact that disabling right-click is a useless exercise that creates a false sense of security as anyone can defeat it in seconds flat. You are far better served by watermarking your images.

Short answer : no.

Long answer: there are lots of things that you can do to make it more difficult for people (transparent image overlaying the real image, javascript to stop right clicks, etc, etc) but the act of viewing the images downloads them onto the viewers computer, so they'll be able to catch them.

There are things that can be done with embedded image players that make things very difficult.

Have a look at the gallery software sold to wedding photographers - they're the people who lose the most $$££€€ to image copying, so tend to have the best defences.

Other than that look at tineye.com or the new google image search to find image thieves and then issue invoices and takedown notices.

Make sure you don't host with places that take copyright.
