If you require e-commerce/shopping cart functionality, there are no restrictions on e-commerce if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a free hosted WordPress.com blog. User comes to my web site, searches for a few products, adds them to shopping cart and then he needs to compare prices in all shops that I've included on my web site...I've tryed ecommerce, woocommerce but they dont give me the solution...Does anyone have an idea ? Thanks in advance

E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM

The advertising exceptions noted in support documentation are for high traffic blogs that qualify for and are accepted into the Ad Control program, soon to be replaced with the WordAds program, and for extremely high traffic blogs that qualify and are accepted into the paid VIP hosting program. The WordAds program is only for blogs that are well established and have at least 20,000 page views monthly, as well as, meeting the criteria for acceptance into the program.

It used to be a $500-$600 set up fee and the $500-$600 per month as you state. Of course for someone like CNN or Time, that $2500 per month is pocket change compared to what it would cost them to host and maintain it themselves. Definitely not for the normal or casual blogger that gets 100 hits per day - or even 10,000.
