The claim is that a password is not needed for viewing the posts via link. Probably the claimants' browser options are set to "remember passwords"; claimants possess the password, had previously logged in, then claim that they are able to magically follow links on social sites to my posts.
I just want to make absolutely certain that it's them, and not anything on my end; is there any way to access a protected post, without possessing the proper password?

I'm thinking it might be because my wordpress address is not the same as the site address. I saw another post with a similar problem and they fixed it by changing the wordpress address to the same as the site address, but I don't want to change them. Does anyone know another workaround to this?
