1. Try flushing your FB cache but disconnect from FB first http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/

2. Try the full reconnect procedure again detailed at http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-facebook including step 3 (removing the FB app), which is probably the most important step.

I changed the title of my blog but when I link it on Facebook the name is still the same as before, how can i change this?
And also, is there a way that I can change the web address or is it set in concrete?

Update: Stricken anyway with insomnia, I decided to investigate your suggestion for RSS Graffiti. By God -- it actually works! Even I could figure it out! It doesn't provide a preview photo like I used to be able to do, but it does provide the title and a link. I guess I can play around with some settings. Anyhow, thanks for the solution

Thanks for the suggestions, but I guess I'm just in way over my head here. The FB cache flushing procedure linked above talks about "urls" and "query strings" and I'm now I'm even more confused. I'm not a programmer and I don't know code. All I know is that I was blogging along for a long time with no problems and suddenly the link w/ FB is gone. If I have to learn coding to link my blog to Facebook, I'll have to find something simpler. Thanks.

I have done the "reconnect" procedure I dunno how many times. I can access Facebook okay, but for some reason, whenever I create a new post on WordPress is doesn't publish on my FB page. (It worked fine for the better part of two years!?!) And, like I said, everything else I ever posted on WordPress is gone from my FB page too. The app is still there -- I even deleted it and reconnected, like I said.

And I'm not sure what "flushing the FB cache" means. I'm a computer idiot. I did empty the cache in Safari but I don't know if that's the same thing.

I just boggles my mind that this could be fine for so long and suddenly, well, it's not. No moving parts. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.

Are you unable to connect your Facebook account? Or is the connection failing in some way?

If all your posts on Facebook have disappeared, it sounds like you may have disabled the app on Facebook in your Privacy Settings. (There's an option to delete all content from the specific app when you do this.) If so you will need to re-enable the connection, etc. Unfortunately, if things have been deleted there, they aren't recoverable.

I can't publicize to Facebook. I've tried to full reconnect procedures and nothing seems to work. Also, all of my past posts that used to be on Facebook are now gone. What am I doing wrong?

There is no phone suport here. If there were I expect that Staff's backlog would probably increase by hundred fold. Are you using publicize? When I send my article to Facebook it is posted on that Social media site but there is a problem...When I push send their is a whirling circle to the right of the send button so I assume something is happening. When I push cancel nothing happens. But when I go on my Face book page my article is there but no big Blue W to the left. When I push on the link it says no page found. This just started happening.

Not really good a dealing with things visually through email...Can someone call me at 401

I noticed that if I click on Preview more than 3 or 4 times, my posts will automatically publish without clicking on Publish.

Is there a setting to keep this from happening?

when i first signed up, i linked to FB. then i unlinked. then i decided i really wanted to link again. so...i tried to fix it back. as i post, i keep selecting the options in the POST page to publicize it to FB and authorize the connection. WP says that the connection is authorized, however, it is not posting to FB and each time i try it again, it asks me to run through the whole process as if i have not authorized it (ie, to authorize connection, etc, then i repeat the process and it still will not post to FB). please help. thanks!
