Hi,
I just switched themes from Debut where I had to tag all images in my posts as "featured image"s to get them into the hero slider. With Misty Lake: no slider, so I deleted the photos that were tagged as "featured image"s and added them again without tagging them as "featured" (would LOVE to know a way to remove "featured image" tag without deleting and re-adding, too, if possible). Now, each image appears twice in my archive list--a large one at the top and a smaller image embedded into the preview of the post below. I don't want visitors to see the repetitive imagery in the post archives list. What can I do so that only one image is visible in, say, my December posts archive?
Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
Liz

@ timethief Thanks for replying. I can preview posts, pages and themes on my blog; since the web browser setting have already been enabled for third-party cookies. The problem is the multiple rendering of images from the refreshing/infinite scrolling feature for "Posts I Like" and "Themes Previews".

Hey there,

I'm not able to reproduce either of these issues. Can you do me a favor and clear your browser cache and cookies, then let me know if the problem persists? Please let me know what operating system and browser version you're using as well.

Best,
P.

Hello:

A few minutes ago, I applied filters for a one-column theme and when I kept using the "Page Down" button of my keyboard I got several images of the same theme via the "[blog address here].wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php" webpage.

Here is the screen shot: http://wp.me/a4Dql-LHg

Also, I noticed the "Post I Like" feed via the "wordpress.com/#!/read/likes/" webpage wasn't working. It showed multiple refresh of the one and only post. I didn't see the usual message "Nothing to read. | Browse our recommended blogs, find your friends, or have a look at Freshly Pressed."

Here is the screen shot: http://wp.me/a4Dql-LHf

as you can see - an automatic reply is generated here by -
'sambauers
Key Master'
if you don't post the link .It would help if they can just add a 'blog link'
column along with new message rather then this message.
Also most general mistake is that people don't add
" http:// " before the blog address - and then it's not considered as a link !
