I checked my upgrades and saw that the bundle had been taken off my site, but I just want to make sure my refund goes through before the 48 hour period ends. Is there anyone I should contact?

But the premium theme you bought for WordPress.com won't work on your wp.org site.

Themes for wp.com have been adapted to work on our platform. They are not the same as they were if they'd been originally designed for wp.org.

If you want to keep using your domain but you don't want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don't have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

I tried then and today to get a refund since users have 48 hours to do so, but the confirmation email never came (there is nothing in my spam/junk folder, and the charge is still on my credit card).

Judging by past threads, this seems to be a frequent problem. The email on the account is [email redacted]. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Domain names have a 48 hour refund window - refunds that have domain names attached to them need to be handled by a person to make sure a domain name is not canceled by accident and lost - you can point your domain name - name servers to your new host so no need to cancel domain registration

It looks a lot like the WP.org version, but it isn't, under the surface.

You can't use a whatever.wordpress.com URL on a WP.com blog, but you CAN purchase a redirect upgrade that points your readers at the new blog.

Hey my name is Henry. I love the Further theme first off. I purchased it for use on my wordpress com site ShrugandHugs.com . I am now using bluehost (wordpress.org) to migrate my website which is needless to say a work in progress http://69.195.124.110/~shrugsan/shrugsandhugs/ I was wondering if there was a way I could forego paying twice for the theme. I just purchased this new theme within less than the month through wordpress com - not the creative commons (along with custom design - custom fonts and other add ons).

I would also like to keep my current URL from wordpress com and use it on wordpress.org. What are my options?
