<p>I need to do this and your support page makes it impossible to contact anyone to make this happen. I need a response ASAP. </p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I bought Custom Design (css) about a year ago, and it expired today. Though when I checked 'My Upgrades' it showed an upgrade that was dated today. Long story short, It automatically upgraded itself even though I put it on Manual upgrade.<br />
  I don't want to have Custom Design anymore since I don't use wordpress much, though if It keeps charging me $30 a year, this is going to be a problem. Is there anyway to cancel it? I tried to find the Cancel button on the My Upgrades page but it wasn't there so don't suggest that. Otherwise I need help. Thank You.</p>

<p>I initially set my blog up on WordPress.com. I paid for the Premium theme "Portfolio" which cost $80. I then realized that WordPress.com doesn't support plugins so I hosted the site elsewhere and transferred to WordPress.org. In transferring, I lost the $80 theme that I paid for. After some research, I found out that the themes are not transferable. I had no idea about this and was wondering if there was anything any way WordPress can refund my money. I have proof of purchase in the confirmation e-mail I received. Thank you.</p>
