I have done it several times. And I do not have any premium upgrades. Click "edit". On the edit screen, off to the right, you will see both the date and the time the blog was published. There is a little edit tab beside it. Click that. Then change the date and the time. Then click "update". Although doing this does not change the date in the URL, it does change where it appears sequentially in your blogroll, and does change the date that appears beside it on your page. Hope this helps.
