Hi there!

I can confirm the expiration date for your domain is June 9, 2014. Please see your domain's WHOIS information for confirmation: http://who.is/whois/thesecretkeeper.net

For all domains on auto-renew, we typically renew a month in advance of the expiration date in case of any payment issues. That way we avoid any expiration or cancellation of the domain while the payment issue is sorted out. That's the only reason your upgrades page shows the renewal date of May 9, 2014, which is 30 days prior to your domain expiration date.

Renewed domain early. Expires June 9th 2013. Renewed. Now being told expires May 9th 2014 in 13 months. It should not expire until June 9th 2014. You're welcome. Note that we get sent several notices of impending renewals so we don't end up in a dither. Yours will be very close together.

No. This has no connection to the fact that you have a domain mapping upgrade. That's irrelevant as it's separate upgrade. The payment for the No-Ads upgrade is $30.00 up front for one year when the upgrade will be due for renewal. http://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/

Hello! I just realized I never added "no ads" to my blog. I'd like to make that upgrade right away, but my domain renewal isn't until next month. Does WordPress pro-rate the new "no ads" upgrade for the next month, until my main renewal date, and then charge me the full year then? Thanks kindly!

Thanks auxclass. No button was being shown but I was logged in with an account I set as administrator and honestly, it wasn't until 5 minutes that my site showed me a splash screen explaining that I would have to log in with the "original" account.

Thanks for the assist. Paypal transaction successful (got a receipt and everything) but, domain still shown as expired. I guess I gotta give it some time to update everything.

What do you see for the status and billing history? When do the Upgrades expire?

Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

Also note you need to be logged in as the account that owns an Upgrade is required to renew an upgrade.

So, I'm trying to get a hold of Support and I just can't. Can I get some help? My domain expired and I want to renew it ... all support articles suggest that I contact support and can't get any whatsoever.

I purchased a domain through worspress.com last year and it was up for renewal but I did not get to it in time. Now I cannot renew it for some reason. It is telling me to contact support.

If you could help me renew the domain I would really appreciate it.

I would also like to transfer this domain to a new registrar. I believe this has to be done 45 days after the domain has been renewed.

As @auxclass suggested, the person(s) who purchased the upgrades can contact us via http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and request that the upgrades be transferred to any other admin.

Log into this thread with their account that owns the upgrades - state in simple words which upgrades should be transferred to which account - the staff will take it from there and transfer the upgrades to the specified account and you can renew the upgrades

Our upgrades are expiring tomorrow.

I didn't realize it would be so complicated to renew as there are three other administrators on staff.

We would really like to avoid disruption service to our website. If I am able to get in contact with the original user who purchased the package, what would he need to do?

yes your content is safe - with domain mapping the mapped domain name will not work for a while - you will probably need staff help when the renewal time comes up - in some cases the staff need to clear some records in a blog to allow another account to purchase the same upgrade
