It's about categories pages which are dynamic ie. they automatically update.

I have a webcomic called TwoTops (also Our Local Ghouls) that is on hiatus. However, I would like a tab under which all two years of it could be found, but starting with the beginning. What would be the best way to go about this, if it's possible at all? A "page"?

Assign a single category to it "comics". Then create a custom menu and add that category to the custom menu.

I'm trying to set up a blog that showcases some of my design projects. I would like to have a "Welcome to my blog" post that always appears at the top of the chain. Since it is the first thing I did when creating the blog it currently appears last in the chain.

Any ideas on how I can make it the resident first view?
