No there is no a hotline of any kind not a more speedy way of reporting blogs. Also note that we Volunteers don't need to know why you are reporting any blog and you ought to avoid posting any URLs in these public forum threads. Here are the relevant links for reporting blogs:

If the issue is defamation or slander, then you will have to take action in a court of law. If the issue is hate speech, then the blog will be removed.

Is there a guide for how to do this, somewhere on the site? How should I proceed with this issue, if there is none? Will I need to upgrade my account to pay for support in order to get help?
