Howdy!

It looks as though Yoko supports Featured Header Images (which is not noted in the theme's documentation--it should be!)

As a solution, if you don't want the featured image to appear as your header, ensure your original Featured Image is less than 1102 pixels wide when you upload it. That should keep it as a thumbnail but remove it from the header.

I hope this helps! I'll look at updating the theme's documentation, too, thanks for bringing that to our attention.

I'm confused because according to the Yoko Theme documentation, the way to set the thumbnail image is to described as:

"The Thumbnail image size is 140×140 Pixel. To add a thumbnail to a post just upload it using the option field »Featured image« in the »Edit Post« admin window."

All of my other posts have the thumbnail image, which I set through the featured image area. It's just that there is an additional image showing up huge on this one post for some reason. I deleted it as you suggested and now the large image is gone but the thumbnail doesn't show up at all either.

Hi,

I hope I'm posting this in the right place... I am having an issue with one of my posts and I don't know how to fix it.

In Yoko you are able to include a thumbnail image in standard posts. The image automatically re-sizes itself when I select it as the featured image, and usually shows up in the left corner of the post. For some reason, on this particular page, it is also showing up at the top of the post and it's huge.

The post is here: http://insearchofyummyness.com/2012/10/17/nestle-special-edition-halloween-themed-treats/

If anyone could help me figure this out, I'd really appreciate it. I'm still learning how to use WordPress.com properly.

T.I.A. :)
