Hmm....well, I guess i need tht gruion pplugin thing X_X...

Well a good suggestion to wp.com...would be to,

1) Add a functionality where we can reply to those feedbacks directly in the "feedback management section". Plus, these replies should be sent to the user in a very..."customizeable" option for the admin!

2) There should be a question-answr field in the options for the form

In other words...suppose I ask the question - "What is 2?"

Answ - 1. 1+1
2. 4-2
3. 3+0
4. 10/5

In this case, there are multiple correct options...we can choose from! Radio button doesn't help here...netiher the checkboxes...as we cant really "ask" a question when posting it!

Cheers

Apart from this, is there anyway I can have an email account setup with the blog? for free? using google apps and a subdomain? Cause i cant seem to find the MX records...whatever that is

When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help. If you want us Volunteers to try to help you then please answer all of Tess's questions.

I posted a question February 25th ...

P.S. If you click the "member" link under your username in this forum thread your will find all threads you have created on this forum and/or posted into. I cannot find another thread you posted under this username to the forums. Do you have another WordPress.com username account that you posted a thread under?

Thanks. With no record of an e-mail about the upcoming domain name lapse (unlike 2010, when I got one 90 days out and went and renewed immediately) and my not visiting my dashboard for several months because the landing page had no changes and I had a new baby to take care of in addition to my clients, I missed it. I appreciate the info if not the lecture.

I just need to know about how long I should expect to wait for a response. I see today's message that Support is closed over the weekend and will reopen on Monday.

Volunteers answering support question on this peer support forum cannot help with this issue. Staff will be avaiable on Monday. They have over 25 million to provide support to. They deal with support tickets by earliest date first so if you keep contacting them the date keeps moving forward creating a longer waiting period.

Upgrades for domain mapping are annually renewable and we do get plenty of warning. A warning is posted on our dashboards about 2 month prior to the renewal date. Another one appears 30 days prior to the renewal date. Google prefers domains that are not going to expire quickly, so I just renew when I get the 60 day notice. Once a Domain registration expires it goes into Redemption and will cost more than normal to renew. There is also no guarantee you will be able to get the same domain again.

Now that I've figured out that my small-business domain name has lapsed, I am trying to redeem it. Starting several days ago, I've followed WP directions to use the Support form, which appears to be the only way to launch this process. I just need to know about how long I should expect to wait for a response. I see today's message that Support is closed over the weekend and will reopen on Monday... has it been closed since Wednesday? If I know that I need to wait a week, I can take more deep breaths and wait a week. Any info anyone's got on their own experience with Support response time would help this frazzled tiny-business-owning new mama. Thanks!

Hi,

For the last few days I have not been able to access the New Post, Edit Post page. After clicking on the link, it will just try to load the page and after a while it will give me the below error.

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

I have tried several browsers and all gave me the same result.
