I have been using the Forever Theme and have used several CSS codes to get it exactly how I want it - it has been looking and functioning great until just now. All of the sudden the images on my posts are shrunken! I added a content width of 1200 px as well as a page width of 1200 px to get those big pictures that I like. When I am LOGGED INTO WORDPRESS, everything looks perfect, but AS SOON AS I LOG OUT of WordPress, the images shrink. When I check my blog on another browser (not logged in), the images are still shrunken. When I checked my blog on my smart phone (not logged in), the images are shrunken.
I want my content and the margins of my blog to be the same width.

Why is this happening all of the sudden and what can I do to change it?

THank you!

I have a very peculiar problem that I noticed a couple of weeks ago. When I click on one of my old posts all the pictures apart from the first one in the post appear shrunken and impossible to make out. This problem goes away if you press back and then go in again.

To see what I mean click on Winsford United (eg) and you will see that the first pic is fine but the others are miniscule. This happens with all posts.

Report it to staff. I've been working with them for two weeks trying to find out what's wrong with my blog.

Tip: try to import it into a Tumblr or Facebook via its RSS feed. That doesn't seem to work for my main blog, the one with terrible hits recently, although it's fine with my other blogs. If it doesn't work, tells staff.

I suppose my blog -- mainly on the history of pop culture -- has never been the most popular. But in the past few weeks my daily views have gone from an all-time high of 1,300 to 30! I expect soon to vanish into my own navel. This has been a steady, day by day decline. Up to two weeks ago I was getting 100-plus visitors to my Clint Eastwood review alone. Then, not a single one. Has someone got it in for me?

Hey there, I have Simpla theme, and am using CSS editor for first time. I want to use my own image file as a background on my blog...so I have typed the code in to the box like this and the image pops up as the background as planned:

CSS<html>
<head>
<style type="text/css">
body
{
background-image:url('http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.jpg');
background-repeat:no-repeat;
}
</style>
</head>

My problem is that when I shrink the browser window or stretch it, the background stays put, but the text and contents of the website moves across it - it only looks right when the browser window is maximised. HELP!

well.. i think it does look 'good' when the photos are shrunk and aligned, others might find it more important to have them all in the same size.
I am still playing around with it.
I still think it does definitively NOT look good when the black border around the photos is cut by the width of the sidebar on one side. That should be corrected or the option of 'small' should not appear on those themes (sorry, played around soo much with it, now can't recall which themes it was..)

We try and have widgets—including the flickr widget—fit as appropriately as possible with each theme's unique style. I'm not quite sure how many of our themes display the flickr widget exactly like Structure does but it should look good in every one of our themes. If you see in an instance where it doesn't, let us know (here or by contacting support) and we'll make sure it does.

hello, I have only just started a new blog on wp after a few past attempts (and trying trying to wean myself off lj..).
I want to display my flickr photos on the side of my main page, and as I was playing around with all the different themes, I noticed, that not all themes show the photos the same way..
The new Structure theme does what I want to see : the photos in 'small' (the bigger alternative) are fully displayed, and the landscape (horizontal) photos are shrunk in a way that makes them align with the other photos.
I have been looking for a 3 column theme, well, to be able to have the photos AND other widgets on the side, so I did not try it out with all themes, but is there any rule to it ? Obviously it can't be simply the width of the widget sidebar..?
Since it's a new theme, maybe there is some change to the widget, is there any chance this sort of alignment will be possible on other themes, as otherwise 'Structure' isn't exactly my favorite them. (eek! italics..) ?
Thanks for any input or advice on a neat presentation of flickr pics :)
