But anyway, you don't get static pages "to pull all the posts on" whatever, you create links to category pages, using a custom menu. For details on custom menus see this post of mine:

Plus within each page selected,it shows the other category names at the top of each post which when clicked pulls up the correct page....

The full/summary setting at settings > reading is for the RSS feed, not for the site itself.

You may want to try using the excerpt feature. Open a post in the editor, switch to the "text" tab, copy all of the text and code there and then paste it into the excerpt module in the post editor and update the post. Visit the front page of your site and see if the full post is shown. If the post is unchanged, then that means that Sight does not support the excerpt feature for the main page of the blog.

I got 1 picture with as a post slider but can't seem to get another picture as a post slider. Any ideas??

This theme has a featured post slider and that's what you see on the demo site ie. on the demo site but I do not see it on your blog.

Featured Slider
Sight displays up to 30 of your latest sticky posts that have featured images in a prominent slider on the front page. To add a post to the slider, mark it as sticky http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts and give it a featured image.

Can somebody explain to me how i can get this?? I tried the explanation on the support page but can't get this type of slide show. I just can find how to add a slide show. But i want the same as on the demo with tekst on the side and when you click on it you get to the page.

You can try creating your own custom excerpt for each post and see it Sight is set up to use custom excerpts. I don't know if it is or not. Some honor excerpts in category and archive pages only while other will honor it on the posts on the main page as well.
