And you are looking at the single post? In my test environment on your page it moves it up. It still looks a little too far down to me, but it definitely moves it up on that page.

I test using the Web Developer addon for firefox. It allows you to "edit" css on a live web page on your browser. It of course cannot change the web page, but it adds your css to it for that browser session. But of course you should be able to get the same effect of course in your css edit.

On my singular posts pages I want to move the title upwards so that I don't have such a large gap between the "posted on" and the back and forth arrows. Exactly what do I modify to get that to work?
I've found the ".singular .entry-header" part in my css and I can make the title go left and right but whenever I try to move it up with margins the title doesn't move but rather the content below it moves up underneath the title.

Also, is it possible to add a link/something like 'No comment' beside the date just below the post title?

You cannot add links using CSS only. CSS is just for adjusting the appearance of things that are already on the page. You could add text to the end of the date, but it would be static text and exactly the same for every single case and I don't think that's what you want.

As you can see here, http://themabelkwong.wordpress.com/2012/09/15/blog-under-construction/, the singular post although align in the centre, seems a bit off-centre.

How can I align it to the left, or at least slightly to the left?

I have tried adding text-align: left into the CSS but it doesn't work.

I am using the Twenty Eleven theme and have the CSS upgrade. The blog I need help with is http://themabelkwong.wordpress.com.

Sure. In WordPress terms, this is a page and not a single post:

http://duncan4nh.com/bills-background/

If you compare the classes on the body tag for that link to the ones from the other link, you'll see that one has "singular" in the list and the other doesn't. The "singular" class (or "single" in some themes) is just the way most WordPress themes distinguish single posts.

The warning was a mistake on our side and you should not get it again.

The correct way of translating this is to provide only one phrase in your language, which best translates the original string. %s is the number of people, so it is a good idea to include it. Probably your translation should be something like:

%s نفر
